Awesome Tip – How to Control Your Hunger

Do you ever have the munchies or feel like you can’t stop snacking some days?  Or do you sometimes wanna eat or snack before your 3 hours between meals is up and its really time to eat again??

Here is a GREAT tip that works!!!! When you have the munchies (like I have lately) or you’re feeling hungry but it’s not quite time to eat again (like I have lately!), or you’re just plain bored,  then grab some Extra sugar-free gum!!  My favorite flavors are Sweet Watermelon, Winterfrost, and Polar Ice. (I also like the Eclipse gum- Polar ice flavor is my favorite!!)

Just chew on that for a while instead of reaching for an unhealthy snack or more food that isn’t necessary.  Also, drink a glass of ice water and you have now curbed your cravings, munchies, & snackies off all while being able to stay in control of your calories and WW Points+!!  It really works!!!  Try it!

Be sure and track when you chew your gum with your dietSNAPS app!!  Later you can look back over your meals and figure out if you ate enough for each meal, or maybe you need to bulk up your meal with more veggies to last longer, or you need to drink more water, or maybe you were just bored and just needed something to chew on. :)  Whatever the case may be, this is another reason why I love tracking everything I put in my mouth with my dietSNAPS app.
